STEP ONE : SECURING COMPETENT, NON-BIASED LEGAL COUNSEL

It shall be a fundamental birth right that society shall ensure, without reservation, that each citizen will be provided for with non-biased, adequate, competent legal counsel of choice in a speedy, adequate and reasonable manner in the public interest.

Further, it is with this foundational, irrevocable commitment that society shall develop sufficient funding and network services to guarantee that these legal counsel provisions shall be generally known to all citizens; and, that the administration and distribution of these services shall be provided for through public bodies - both governance institutional and private advocacies.
